Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using PawModel ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing and using PawModel, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
PawModel is a consumer service that lets pet owners upload photos of their pet, train a custom AI model from those photos, and generate images and short video reels of their specific pet in various styles. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time; we will give reasonable notice where possible.
You agree to:
We may suspend or terminate your account for material violation of these Terms, for fraudulent activity, or for conduct that harms other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings; deletion removes your pets, models, training photos, and generated images within 30 days.
The Service operates on a credit system. You may purchase credit packs as one-time purchases and use credits to train models, generate images, animate scenes, and compose reels. Per-action credit costs are shown in the app before you commit to an action and on the billing page. Credits from one-time pack purchases do not expire.
You may also choose a monthly subscription that grants a fixed number of credits each billing period. Unused subscription credits roll over from month to month up to a published rollover cap; renewals at or above the cap do not add additional credits. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You may cancel anytime from the billing page or the Stripe customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access to any unused credits in your balance, subject to these Terms.
We may change prices at any time. Changes to one-time pack prices apply to future purchases only; credits you've already purchased are not affected. Changes to subscription pricing take effect at your next renewal after reasonable advance notice.
Unused credits from one-time pack purchases are refundable within 14 days of purchase if you email support@pawmodel.com. Used credits — including credits spent on a training run that produced a usable model, or generations that successfully returned an image — are non-refundable. Subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has begun; cancel before the next renewal to avoid further charges. If a generation or training fails due to our error, we will automatically refund the credits.
Prices are shown exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax). Where required by law, taxes will be added at checkout.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Violating the acceptable-use policy may result in content removal, credit forfeiture, account termination without refund, and — where the conduct is illegal — referral to law enforcement.
Every training photo is passed through an automated content classifier before training begins. Uploads flagged as containing adult, sexual, or abusive material are deleted and rejected. We reserve the right to review, remove, or refuse any content, and to suspend or terminate accounts responsible for policy violations, with or without prior notice. Classification is probabilistic; false positives may occur. If you believe a legitimate pet photo was incorrectly flagged, contact us at support@pawmodel.com.
To report content that violates these Terms — including copyright infringement (see DMCA section below), harassment, or abuse — email support@pawmodel.com. We review every report.
The Service itself — including the website, software, style presets, UI, and our brand — is owned by PawModel and protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of:
You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service for you — for example, to train your model, to serve your images back to you, and to transmit your photos to our AI provider for training and inference. This license ends when you delete the content (subject to the 30-day deletion window described in our Privacy Policy).
We do not use your photos to train any shared, general, or third-party AI model. Your pet's model is private to your account.
You are free to use the images and videos you generate for personal or commercial purposes, subject to applicable law. Because AI-generated content is an evolving legal area, we make no representation that generated images are copyrightable in your jurisdiction.
PawModel complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at support@pawmodel.com containing:
We respond to complete notices promptly and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. If you believe content of yours was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
AI image and video generation is probabilistic. Results depend heavily on the quality, variety, and number of training photos uploaded. We do not guarantee that any specific image or video will meet your expectations, nor that your trained model will accurately reflect every physical characteristic of your pet. We do our best to keep quality high, but the Service is not suitable for applications where perfect likeness is required (e.g., pet identification).
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service integrates with third-party providers (e.g., Stripe for payments, fal.ai for AI inference, Resend for email). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party services beyond our own handling of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that specific AI outputs will meet your needs.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAWMODEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PawModel and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the binding arbitration provisions in Section 14, the state and federal courts located in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not subject to arbitration. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@pawmodel.com to attempt an informal resolution within thirty (30) days.
Please read this section carefully. It affects how you and PawModel can bring claims against each other and limits your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service — except for the carve-outs in this section — shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Delaware or, at your election, remotely. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
You and PawModel agree that disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis only, not as a class, collective, representative, mass, or consolidated action. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding. Both parties waive any right to a trial by jury.
This Section 14 does not apply to:
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@pawmodel.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and including your full name and the email address on your account. Opting out has no effect on any other provision of these Terms.
If the class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim or remedy, that claim or remedy (and only that claim or remedy) must be brought in court rather than arbitration; the remainder of this Section 14 remains in effect.
We may modify these Terms. For material changes we will post the updated Terms here, update the "Last updated" date, and — where the change meaningfully affects your rights — email you. Continued use of the Service after the change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PawModel regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
